Walking into my guest room I was greeted by a handwritten note welcoming me to their property! Very nice touch. This kind of detail was just the beginning of the extra steps the hotel takes to engage clients at the property.
The hotel went through a multi-million dollar renovation that was completed in 2017. The guest rooms were redone from top to bottom; nothing was left untouched. One of the unique features of this hotel is the "hotel within a hotel concept". They have created a boutique style ambiance when booked into a Gold room. We experienced it and highly recommend this. Some of the extra amenities that are included in this room category is access to the rooftop lounge. You will enjoy wonderful panoramic views of Montreal when starting your day for breakfast! The Gold rooms include an authentic daily French buffet style cuisine that is worth rising early for. In addition, top-shelf spirits and an impressive selection of wine are available for Gold guests.
For those that enjoy more upscale cosmetics and bath products, this hotel provides Le Labo products. This a luxury product that is famous in France, especially in Paris. Le Labo is an organic product and once again, a small detail that makes a big difference!
